- Executive Search — Identification, evaluation, and placement of leadership talent for client organizations within our focus sectors.
- Employer Branding Consulting — Advisory services to help organizations strengthen their employer brand and talent positioning.
- Strategic Advisory — Insights on the evolving leadership talent landscape, talent market trends, and organizational leadership needs.
The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are defined in separate service agreements between TogetherHR and the client organization. These Terms apply in addition to, and do not replace, any such agreement.
3. Website Use
By using our website, you agree to the following:
- You will use the website for lawful purposes only and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the website by any third party.
- You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, its server, or any systems connected to it.

5. Client Engagements
Executive search and advisory engagements are governed by separate service agreements between TogetherHR and the client organization. These agreements define:
- The scope and objectives of the search or advisory engagement
- Fees, payment terms, and billing structure
- Timelines and milestones
- Candidate replacement or guarantee provisions, if applicable
- Confidentiality and exclusivity terms
In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the service agreement shall prevail with respect to the specific engagement.
Off-limits policy: During an active engagement and for a defined period thereafter, TogetherHR will not directly solicit employees from the client organization for placement elsewhere, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Candidate Terms
If you are a candidate engaged through our executive search process, the following applies:
- Accuracy of information: You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide — including your CV, professional history, qualifications, and references — is accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Representation: Your candidacy for a specific role will only be presented to a client organization with your knowledge and in the context of a defined search engagement.
- No employment relationship: TogetherHR acts as an intermediary between candidates and client organizations. Engaging with TogetherHR does not create an employment, agency, or partnership relationship between you and TogetherHR.
- No fees: TogetherHR does not charge candidates any fees for executive search services. Our fees are paid by client organizations.
- Data handling: Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK).
7. Confidentiality
Confidentiality is fundamental to executive search. Both during and after an engagement:
- TogetherHR treats all client briefs, organizational strategies, compensation structures, and candidate information as confidential.
- Candidate information is shared with client organizations only within the scope of a defined search engagement and with the candidate’s awareness.
- Clients and candidates are expected to treat all information received through the search process — including candidate identities, assessment details, and TogetherHR’s proprietary methodologies — as confidential.
Specific confidentiality obligations may be detailed further in individual service agreements or non-disclosure agreements.
8. No Guarantees
While TogetherHR applies its expertise, sector knowledge, and leadership talent network to every engagement, we cannot guarantee:
- That a search will result in a placement within a specific timeframe
- The long-term performance or retention of any placed candidate
- The accuracy or completeness of information provided by candidates or third parties
- That the website will be available without interruption, error-free, or free of harmful components
Any guarantees, warranties, or replacement provisions specific to an engagement are defined in the relevant service agreement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- TogetherHR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services, including loss of profit, data, business opportunity, or reputation.
- Our total liability in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for that specific engagement, unless otherwise agreed in a service agreement.
- TogetherHR is not liable for any hiring decisions made by client organizations or for the actions, performance, or conduct of placed candidates.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TogetherHR, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your use of the website in breach of applicable law
- Any inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete information you provide
- Your infringement of any third-party rights
11. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, or services. These links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.

Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul, Turkey, unless otherwise required by mandatory provisions of applicable law.
Consumer disputes: If you are accessing our website as a consumer within the European Union, you may also be entitled to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
